Photographed in August of 2019 in Sequoia National Park. While hiking in the largest grove of Giant Sequoia's we fell in love with the trees and their forest ecology. This photo highlights my son's particular love for one specific giant. During our month visiting national parks and forests we saw the oldest, the largest and later in the year the tallest trees on earth. The sequoias are the largest living things on the planet!
